Paid extra for urgent delivery for a 2 parcel consignment. Parcelfarce managed to deliver 1 package and misdirected the second package. They tell me that when they locate it they will have it sent to the Oxford depot where it will then become subject to a next working day delivery, so god knows when I will receive my "Urgent" delivery. Clowns does not begin to describe them
